Information you provide
Appointment requests collect contact and scheduling information. Careers applications collect employment information and a PDF résumé. Patient records, clinical documents, identity documents and financial information are out of scope.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to coordinate appointment requests, consider candidates, operate the website and protect it from misuse. Phoenix does not sell personal information.
Retention and access
Career applications are retained for up to 180 days and then automatically redacted, unless an authorized reviewer deletes them sooner. Résumés are stored privately and restricted to authorized recruitment users.
